It will be a year 11/8/2022 since we had this terrible update and have been told a fix is coming to update all many issues we continue to have. I need to know when this will be. I have asked and still no answer. I was told by a CS tech that they have began to roll out 10.2 or something slowly to other people but why not us?? We should be first in line. Please let me know when the update will come to fix our nonstop issues.
