Update 11/12/2019: We are still working towards a resolution for the problem below. There is no ETR at this time.
We have identified an issue where CS Cloud application icons could be missing after the following message appears:
If Citrix Receiver is restarted:
Once you click OK, the desktop icons will disappear. Simply wait one minute and the desktop icons will reappear and work normally.
If the computer is rebooted:
The following message will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen near the system tray:
Simply ignore the message. After a minute, your desktop icons should appear and work as expected.

We are having the same issue but are unable to log into our program. We just went onto the cloud Wednesday 2 days ago and already having problems . How did you log into the program after this error came up? We were told the cloud might be down.
Our Internet is working well. Its a problem with our cloud account. It looks like they made some changes at Cloud Ops and our account was made inactive. Do you have a cloud ops contact or cloud support person I can get a timeline on a fix for this problem.
