Are you able to provide the payor ID as well which can be found on the Forms id/notes tab of the Plan data entry screen of the Insurance plan. Please advise
I was advised the payer controls what information is available and sometimes we have even seen it can change depending on the specific plan with in the payer. Do you have an example of patient who had DD of NJ and did provide more information? Several DD will only provide minimal information back. Hi this is happening on every Delta of New Jersey patient payor ID 22189 its not happening for certain groups but for every Delta of NJ not sure if its a recent change.
Good Morning, Unfortunately the changes in the information released are dictated by the Insurance plans and in this respect its Delta Dental of NJ. If you would like I could open a ticket for our eServices representatives to talk with you about this, but I am unsure if any changes can be made as we are at the whim of the insurance company. Hi paula I posted another post about this as I have been in contact with a rep there and the payor is giving more info then we are receiving. There is an issue here and was told its back in developments hands to see what is going on I was told this in January and havent had an update in a long while
