Three states proposed electronic prescription legislation in the first 60 days of 2017. With Minnesota, New York, and Maine already requiring eRX, more states are sure to follow. Pennsylvania has the most ambitious target date - June 30, 2017, Connecticut is looking at January 1, 2018, and Virginia is targeting July 1, 2020 for ePrescriptions.
