Electronic Prescription (eRx) Service Interruption 4/25/2023 11:40am EST

Investigating - Carestream Dental is investigating reports of an issue with Electronic Prescriptions service. Users may be unable to issue prescriptions or be experiencing degraded performance.

As of 2:02pm EST, eRx service has been restored.

As our state makes us use electronic Rxs I hope you guys sort this out and stop with the constant performance issues

We understand that this is an inconvenience to your practice and we sincerely apologize for the interruption.  We reported the outage to our vendor upon becoming aware of the issue.  They took quick action to resolve it as fast as possible.  We have asked for a root-cause analysis to prevent future interruptions.
