Eprescriptions down again?

Eprescriptions was working this morning and now it does not. I check the status page a nothing has been updated. Can someone provide an update if there is any outage with Health exchange? @matt_ackerman  @paul_snyder

I just checked the status page (carestreamdental.com/status) and it has been updated with the following.

It looks like a fix is being implemented now.

We do not have an ETA at this time. We are waiting on updates from the service provider. I will update this post as soon as I hear anything.

The outage was resolved yesterday afternoon and I have not received any alerts that they are currently down. Can i have your account number so I can have a agent reach out to you to check on your issue?

Hi,

Account # 973012 The issue we experienced this morning.we sent an
e-script that looked like it was sent to pharmacy successfully, however,
after a few minutes it came back with ERROR in the authorization field.

I was just going to ask the same thing. At my office its moving so slow that its taking 5-10 minutes just to get one rx to submit. Any updates?
