Hi! I was on hold almost 2 hours yesterday, and haven't recd a call back-we have 3 offices with 3 different addresses. Our payment manager credit card receipts have 1 office printed on all the different offices, (most likely due to our account with CareStream all being grouped under 1 address). How can we get the specific office the patient paid in to print on top of the credit card receipt we give them?
