Yes, just edit each line item in the ledger and make the changes---but you will have to remember that the production will reflect on the original posting date so you may have to make manual adjustments to any accounting or reconciliation reports. Or you can delete the original charge and then add it back with the correct posting date that you need the item to reflect.
