Removing provider from schedule

I need assistance removing a provider from scheduler.

The answer depends on if the Provider Account under Tables > Practice > provider/Staff member has been disabled or if the provider has lunch or any type of Lockouts still showing in the scheduler. Support will need to assist if anyone of the above is the case but if not follow the steps below

1. Click Scheduler

2. Click Setup Scheduler

3. Click Slot Setup

4. Select the proper office in the drop down on the left

5. Select the provider from the drop down on the right

6. select the date range the scheduler is currently open. if you are not sure then you can set the second date to anytime in the future like 12/31/2025

7. Set the start time and end time for each day of the week. You can uncheck the days when the Provider is not in the schedule if you want

8. Click Close Days

If the steps do not work then there is a lock or an appointment in the schedule and you may be able to get a printout  of the days that are having issues. Include a call back number and I can contact you to assist

If your still having trouble with removing the room, someone from the support escalation team can assist you.
