Yesterday, we experienced issues when trying to print treatment plans for patients using Win OMS. We have been using the same Microsoft Word 2010 32 bit program for some time now without incident. We are amble to print all other documents out of mail merge (referral letters,etc) but when we try to mail merge a treatment plan, the computer freezes up. This is at all workstations.
Any suggestions?
