WINOMS Cloud Issues

Anyone else on WINOMS Cloud experience daily slowness and freezing? It takes forever to print a receipt, label or anything with the software. Elsewhere printing is fine. The E-Scripts intermittently not working have become a weekly issue. We are just so frustrated with logging off/in/restarting workstations throughout the day. Afternoons seem to be worse. If anyone knows of a quality Oral Surgery Practice Management Software, please let us know.

We are experiencing an outage specifically with ePrescriptions (more information, and updates, can be found on our Status page here ). If you are experiencing issues with the Cloud also, please let me know and I will have the team reach out to you.

Yes Escripts have been a problem recently and today too. Extremely frustrating for everyone and also when scripts don't go thru and patients call after hours.
