Good morning. I am trying to view a patient's account within WINOMS and every time I navigate to the attachment screen, I am booted out of the entire system. This happened with another account and another employee about 6 weeks ago. I have called but was number 45 in the que.....
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening? Thanks!
Update: I can now access the account with no problem, but if there are any thoughts, I would love to hear them!
I have seen if screen resolution is set too low or if its zoomed to 150-200% it will allow WinOMS to open but when opening patient workspace it kicks you out of WinOMS. Just a thought to check when it happens again. To check, right click on desktop and got to display settings. Not sure lowest resolution that can be used but we use 1366x768 or higher.
Yes if you use scaling over either 100 or 125% it kicks you out of WinOMS. The minimum resolution to not have to scroll left and right in the EMR is 1400x900.
