HI we have winoms cloud and currently use epayments and translink. We are wanting to move the actual credit card terminal to a different computer. I thought maybe i just hook up the cc terminal to a the new computer and it would work but it doesnt! Translink has not been helpful... Can someone chime in? Thank you!
Our support teams should be able to get this sorted out for you. If you're using the classic version of ePayments, it could be as simple as making sure the Magtek is detected. If it's the new ePayments Secure, then our teams could install the app needed to talk to the Ingenico on the new workstation. @paul_snyder are you able to have a support representative reach out?
