We have noticed our practice central page has not been refreshing. The contact notes and processing queue will still show the same as the opening of the day. The only way to get it to refresh is to log out completely and go back in. I am not sure if this is an ongoing problem or something new. Anyone else having this same problem?
Practice Central does not automatically refresh. Are you able to right click in the "white space" of Practice Central and hit "Refresh"? This will refresh your screen and update Contact Notes, Appointments, Insurance Queue, etc. I hope this helps.
