This morning winoms cloud is not working, I was told by support that there is an outage.
When is carestream going to give us a product worth the money that we spend for it? There are weekly problems, outages, etc....

I totally agree with you!! The daily frustrations are never ending....
Those on the east coast, we cannot even get a hold of support when our office opens because their support line open an hour after we start seeing patients. We dont even know how many times we had to reschedule our patients our downed software has directly affected patient care.
Our whole office was down this morning when we came in. They did get us up and running, however, I agree it does affect patient care.
