CT images for FUSION/STEALTH scans

I work for an ENT office and we use a cs9300 for 3D images of sinuses with a fusion protocol (also called stealth) used for image guidance during surgery. We are having trouble with the images loading properly on the equipment at the surgery centers. We have met with the reps of the equipment and called in to CS support multiple times with no luck. Images look great its just not registering the soft tissue face correctly. Its extremely grainy looking. We have adjusted the dose, made sure we are burning the images properly with no luck. Any ideas are appreciated. We have been trying to figure this out for 3 months.

Hello @bbradley

Thank you for the post, currently we aren't handling imaging questions on The Exchange but I will have a trainer from our imaging team reach out to you.
