1. Click Letters.2. Click Mail Merge Document Maintenance.3. Click Display All.4. Highlight the letter.5. Click Edit. The Mail Merge Document Options window is displayed.6. Click Edit.
NOTE: This action will open Microsoft Word and the template of letter selected.7. Make necessary edits.8. Click File > Save.
10. Exit Microsoft Word
I have followed the instructions on your help button, created an excel search sheet and mail merge with template required. R4 asked if I wanted to mail merge 241 letters, which i confirmed, and it proceeded to produce these letters, but with no personal details - address etc - can you help please?
