HIPAA Auto Logoff

We just started  getting a HIPAA Auto Logoff message each time we log onto OrthoTrac.  We spoke with OrthoTrac support, and they connected with our IT crew because they say it is an issue of interfacing with Windows.   However, they could not come up with a viable solution.  This leaves us with the choice to disable our auto log off for each work station, or put up with this message every time we log in.  What's up?  Does anyone have a work around?
