Eforms / iPad (iOS10 update)

We have been getting calls about the eForms App on the iPad crashing after entering text and then hitting the spacebar. This is only occurring on iPad's that have been recently updated to iOS 10. Please see the steps below to correct this issue.


Self-Service Portal

1. Tap the "Settings" icon on the main iPad screen.

2.  Tap "General" on the left side.

3. Choose "Keyboard" on the right

4. This will open a set of options with sliders that can be turned on and off. 

 Turn off both the "Auto-Correction" and "Check Spelling".
