When we have taken a Panoramic x-ray sometimes the date is added and other times it is blank, why is that?

We expect this behavior you are seeing with the dates would be resolved with an update to our imaging software. We will contact you directly about next steps for that action.
I received the call about our imaging update and am very frustrated. When we went to update to version 16.2.4 all our software was checked by softdent to make sure there wasn't going to be a problem, now there seems to be an issue.
