Currently one of my dentists cannot access the traffic lights as it is greyed out on the appointment book? Her user settings are the same as other dentists. How do I rectify this?
Thank you for your query, please could you confirm whether this issue occurs for the dentist if they log in with their R4 user account on another PC. If it doesn't please try another R4 user account on the PC the dentist normally uses and let me know the results.

I have asked the dentist to try it on another computer and she hasn’t come back to me as yet. I will try and get this resolved today
